We breathe 23,000-26,000 times a day, subconsciously. Our subconscious breathing pattern impacts the nervous system, which affects how we perceive the world. Physiologically, our breathing pattern impacts our endocrine, changing our blood chemistry, digestion, as well as our hormones, and ultimately changing how we see the world and navigate our life. Because the way we breathe is the way we feel. And the way we feel is the way we think. The way we think and feel is how we lead our lives. Come join this workshop to learn the art and science of nervous system mastery. We will learn several modalities including a conscious and facilitated connected breath. Conscious connected breathwork is one of the most transformative and organic modalities for healing, expansion, and behavior re-patterning. It is a clinical tool to access our subconscious mind and rewire our unconscious breathing patterns that shape our nervous system, including clearing out our emotional debt and unprocessed emotions. With a healthy and balanced nervous system, our perception of the world, with its uncertainty and volatility, will be healthily balanced too, enabling us to live our lives with equanimity. @The Club
