@Movement Studio Yoga Shred is grounded in the foundation of yoga, but offers more cardio, more flow, and compound exercises using weights. You will link breath to movement to shred, define, and increase your stamina. Please bring your own mat. Members only. We kindly ask that you cancel your spot 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows could lose the ability to book future programming.
