About Experience

Whether you're rolling into Birch or out of bed, this is the baking class for you. In this class you will learn the Birch method of mixing, forming, and baking the perfect Focaccia. Whilst your bread bakes, our expert chefs will teach you how to whip up the perfect dip or tapenade to really make your bread pop. Sound good? We're not done. Once your bread is baked, and your dip is made we are going to send you away with some scrumptious antipasti. Think vegetables, cheese, olives, and more. Make yourself a sandwich or something on the side. We say the only way to make this better - grab a glass of Primitivo, head to the back lawn, sip and savour. This baking class is for people 18 + years old and is suitable for all levels of experience.
